Infertility can be caused by both men and women. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Symptoms of Infertility in Men<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are no special symptoms for infertility in men. However, infertility should be considered if pregnancy is not achieved within one year despite unprotected and regular sexual intercourse. <\/p>\n<p>In addition, there may be many underlying diseases that can cause infertility in men. Infertility can be diagnosed faster with the symptoms of these diseases. Especially problems such as pain, swelling and discharge in the testicles can be a sign of infertility.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What Causes Infertility in Men?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many factors, from living conditions to congenital causes, can lead to infertility. In particular, pituitary problems, tumors, blood supply problems, radiotherapy or surgery can lead to infertility. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to hormonal disorders, all problems affecting testicular function are among the main causes of infertility. Undescended testicle, exposure to toxic substances to the testicle (radiotherapy\/chemotherapy\/lead-battery-mercury industry workers etc.), high temperature, pesticides, chemical substances; genetic disorders, insufficiency in testosterone release, any condition that prevents the sperm formed in the testicle from being expelled from the male genital system are among the causes of post-testicular infertility. All disorders related to sperm count and quality also prevent having a child.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>How is male infertility diagnosed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is important for people who cannot have children to consult a specialist physician. Both men and women are then tested simultaneously. The first test for men is semen analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The male candidate should observe sexual abstinence for 3 days before the semen analysis. He must then give a semen sample. With this sample, the condition of the sperm is analyzed and the appropriate treatment, diagnosis and planning process begins.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Treat Infertility in Men?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infertility treatment in men is planned according to the problems that cause infertility. Conditions such as the presence or absence of sperm in semen and the quality of sperm are determined and the appropriate treatment method is started.
